About the Role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will be a valued member of the team from the moment you walk through the door. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the Class Teacher with the delivery of the curriculum (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).

Working 1:1 or in small groups to support pupils with literacy, numeracy, or SEN needs.

Helping to manage classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.

Assisting with the preparation of resources and classroom displays.

Adapting quickly to new school policies and routines.
What we are looking for:

Experience: Previous experience working with children in a school setting (paid or voluntary) is essential.

Qualification: A CACHE Level 2 or 3 qualification is desirable, but we welcome applications from experienced unqualified staff or graduates.

Adaptability: The ability to hit the ground running and build rapport quickly with staff and students.

Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) and two professional references.
