What You’ll Need
- Nurse qualification (NMC registered) or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Proven experience in a Care Quality, Compliance, or Governance role within healthcare.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes.
- Passion and commitment to delivering person-centred care.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
- Experience supporting multiple services or locations.

- Lead and support quality assurance across services in Suffolk and Norfolk.
- Monitor, maintain, and evidence compliance with CQC regulations.
- Support services through inspections, audits, and improvement plans.
