Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated sonographer with UK experience and HCPC registration or a relevant professional body. As a band 7 sonographer you will be providing a supportive learning environment for trainee sonographers. You will be expected to support participation and leadership of the centrally registered audit and continuous improvement programmes.

The post-holder participates in the provision of a high-quality Diagnostic Ultrasound Service to the Trust, supporting the superintendent radiographer in the day-to-day organisation of the department and accepting responsibility for designated areas of work.

We run aWomen’s Health Hub in Ilford; anAgeing Well Centre in Hornchurch; and Community Diagnostic Centres (CDC) atBarking Community Hospital and atSt George’s Health and Wellbeing Hub. These CDCs are open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
