Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll work in a welcoming respite support service with six rooms, providing care for individuals who stay for varying durations—from weekends to several months. We support people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs, fostering close relationships with their families to provide holistic care.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Empowering Independence: Support people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.

- Daily Living Support: Provide varying levels of personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

- Providing Care: Support individuals with health needs such as stoma care, PEG feeding, epilepsy, and more.

Flexible Shift Patterns

- Day Shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm

- Day Sleep-In: 2:30pm - 7:00am (Includes £50 sleep-in)

- Sleep-In: 10:00pm - 7:00am (Paid to sleep)
Weekend availability is highly valued.
Rotas provided in advance for a healthy work-life balance.
