Who Will You Be Supporting?

You'll support two amazing individuals in their 20s:

- Friendly Chap: Loves his job as a kitchen assistant, gaming, and Sci-fi movies.

- Independent Lady: Works at a local school, loves manga, the color pink, and values her own space.

Both have learning disabilities and autism and have recently moved into their first home. They maintain close family ties and appreciate support workers who encourage new outings while respecting their need for downtime.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Empowering Independence: Help people live life their way and achieve their goals.

- Daily Living Support: Provide verbal prompts for personal care, meal prep, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Shift Patterns

- Day Sleep-In: 2:30pm - 9am (Includes £50 sleep-in)

- Day Shifts: 2:30pm - 10pm

- Sleep-In: 10pm - 6:30am (Paid to sleep) then hourly rate until 9am

- Weekend Day: 10am - 8pm

Rotas provided in advance for a healthy work-life balance.
