What You’ll Be Doing:
• Growing and leading a talented team of teaching assistants and key workers
• Designing and delivering pioneering intervention strategies for SEND learners
• Developing EHCPs and collaborating with external specialists
• Analysing SEND data to inform policy and accelerate student achievement
• Acting as key liaison with families, agencies, and all school professionals
• Driving a positive, ambitious SEND culture across every phase

Ideal SENCO for this Merton School:
• UK-trained teacher with QTS and successful SEND experience
