Are you caring, nurturing and committed to empowering young people in our
communities?
We are looking for someone to join our Children’s Residential Team who is
compassionate, driven and committed to inspiring our children to live full and
independent lives as they grow, in a warm and friendly home environment.
You will be present for our children’s challenges and successes and provide an
unwavering support system, built on trust and long-lasting relationships.
We need individuals with a strong foundation in care, delivering a calm and steady
presence and breaking down barriers and challenging the status quo to ensure every
child has access to a wealth of opportunities and bright futures.
We need you to embody our values and be committed to delivering an environment
where children can be themselves, reach their goals and be nurtured in every aspect of their daily lives. We will need you to put the ‘fun’ in fundamental care! - offering an enriching day to day experience where children can access a variety of services and activities to aid their development and support their wellbeing.
If you feel you are the person, then we look forward to hearing from you.
