Summary

and young people in our communities?
If so, we are looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our Children’s
Residential Team.
As a Waking Night Children’s Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for
ensuring the emotional, physical safety and well-being of our children and young
people throughout the night. The role will require you to be responsive, making
regular checks, providing empathy, support and assistance, ensuring that each child
feels valued and cared for.
This role offers you the chance to develop deep, trusting relationships with the
children, offering them comfort and security during the quiet hours of the night. You'll
be actively involved in maintaining the home's routine, from preparing simple meals
and helping with personal care to keeping the home safe and tidy. Whether you're
ensuring the property is secure or contributing to care planning processes, your work will be integral to the smooth running of the home.
