Roles & Responsibilities-
Curriculum Delivery: Designing and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners within the classroom.

Assessment for Learning: Using frequent formative and summative assessments to track attainment and identify necessary interventions.

Subject Leadership: Taking responsibility for a specific curriculum area, coordinating resources and sharing best practices with colleagues.

Staff Mentoring: Managing and directing the work of classroom support staff to ensure cohesive pupil support.

Parental Engagement: Maintaining professional and proactive communication with parents and carers regarding pupil development.

Professional Development: Actively participating in school-wide planning meetings and professional learning communities.

Safeguarding: Adhering strictly to all safeguarding and child protection policies to ensure a safe learning environment.

Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.

Teaching Experience: Proven success in delivering the National Curriculum within a UK primary school.
