Roles & Responsibilities-
Exemplary Delivery: Plan and teach highly engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including EAL and SEND pupils.

Data-Driven Practice: Utilise frequent formative and summative assessments to track pupil progress and implement immediate interventions.

Collaborative Planning: Work alongside year-group colleagues to design a broad and balanced curriculum that inspires curiosity and resilience.

Certification: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
