What You’ll Need

  • Active NMC registration (RGN/RMN).
  • Proven track record as a Nursing Home Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and care quality governance.
  • Experience managing residential, nursing, and dementia services.
  • History of achieving strong inspection outcomes and stable occupancy.

  • Drive high standards of care, compliance, and resident experience.
