We are looking for a PA to support a blind male musician in a varied, responsible and rewarding Personal Assistant, with an immediate start. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, flexible and confident taking initiative, while enjoying being part of a creative and busy lifestyle.

The role focuses on overseeing the smooth running of daily support. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating other PAs, delegating tasks, advertising for cover when required, ensuring PA cover is always in place, paying wages and handling general administration. You will also be involved in practical day-to-day support such as cooking and assisting with social events. There is no personal care involved.

Shifts are available every Wednesday and Thursday morning, or Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and applicants must be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts from these days. Hours are typically 10.30am to 2.30pm, though flexibility is essential as working times can occasionally run over.

You must be computer literate, as the role involves a significant amount of typing and note-taking. A full manual driving licence is essential, as you will need to drive the employer’s car, and you must also have access to your own vehicle. You should also be comfortable working in a smoking environment; smoking does not take place in the main working area, and high-quality air filtration and ventilation are used throughout the year.

No previous experience is required. What is essential is flexibility, patience, understanding and a positive attitude.

Duties include:
- Other relevant duties as required
- Administration
- Cooking
- Documenting on my computer any correspondence or conversations that I have during your shift.
- You will also organise and complete the day-to-day tasks on a software called Outlook Professional.
- When required you will need to drive me in my vehicle to any appointments or events I need to attend.
