Summary
Key Responsibilities Deliver a professional, confidential, and compassionate administrative service to the clinical team. Manage referral pathways, clinic bookings, and patient follow-up appointments with accuracy, efficiency, and respect. Support the Medical Secretaries to coordinate work effectively, demonstrating collaboration and commitment to excellence. Communicate sensitively and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues, showing integrity and compassion in every interaction. Handle confidential information responsibly, maintaining the highest standards of integrity, respect, and trust. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and uphold excellence in service delivery. What Were Looking For Proven experience in a team secretary, medical secretary, or similar administrative role. Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and use initiative in a fast-paced environment.
