Summary

Hair by Zindzi is looking for a Customer Complaints Specialist who genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience and protecting our brand reputation.

What you’ll do:

Be the main point of contact for customer concerns across online orders, services, and enquiries.

Resolve complaints fairly, professionally, and with empathy.

Investigate issues, identify solutions, and work with internal teams to prevent future problems.

Must be computer savvy or order management systems

Produce clear, professional written responses while maintaining confidentiality and data protection.

What we’re looking for:

Calm, customer-first mindset with the ability to turn negative experiences into positive ones.

Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations.

Organised and able to manage multiple complaints at once.

Experience in customer service, complaints handling, retail, e-commerce, or beauty brands.

Right to work in the UK.
