What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading and implementing the school’s SEND strategy as SENCO
• Overseeing, coaching and inspiring SEN teaching teams and support staff
• Liaising with local authorities, therapists, and outside agencies to accelerate student progress
• Designing and reviewing EHC plans with innovative, student-centred approaches
• Driving staff CPD on inclusive pedagogy and safeguarding best practices
• Strategically analysing SEND data — influencing policy and raising school-wide standards

Ideal SENCO for this Croydon School:
• UK-trained SENCO with National SENCO Award (or exceptional SEN track record)
• QTS essential with Good or Outstanding references in recent SENCO roles
