Summary

We are seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with special educational needs in schools across the UK. The role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support, assisting teachers, implementing EHCPs, and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Key Requirements

Experience supporting children with SEN (school or care setting)

Knowledge of EHCPs and inclusive practices

Strong communication and behaviour management skills

Patience, empathy, and adaptability

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)

Right to work in the UK

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, Health & Social Care, or related field

Relevant SEN training or TA qualification (desirable)
