Summary
PRIMARY DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (see attached JD or full description) Responsible for optimising the working practices of the Trust wide technology teams to ensure quality and effective delivery of products and services that are focused on customer experience Accountable for the trust regulatory compliance with all security, cyber and developing organisational policies that support this. In collaboration with the Clinical Services Directorates and Corporate Teams responsible for identifying and exploiting new opportunities that new digital/information technology can bring to deliver quality, safety, effectiveness and efficiency across the organisation Embed ITIL or equivalent standards to ensure highest quality professionally assured delivery of work within an appropriate Digital framework to regulate functions, activities and service delivery Accountable for the performance, welfare and wellbeing of a large scale technical and operational team Have responsibility for the development of the digital capital programme ensuring this is linked to identified risks and asset lifecycle requirements. Have responsibility for the senior line management of the Service and Operations, IT Infrastructure, and Integration, and Asset and Licensing teams. This includes all aspects of human resource and financial management in accordance with organisational human resource policies. Effectively coach, manage and support teams to embed modern working practices
