Summary

Lleoliad gwaith: Coed Pella, Bae Colwyn

Ydych chi eisiau gwneud gwahaniaeth i aelwydydd sydd angen tai? Rydym yn chwilio am unigolyn hynod frwdfrydig a gwydn i ymuno â'n Tîm Datrysiadau Tai i helpu atal a lleddfu digartrefedd yng Nghonwy.

Byddwch yn weithiwr proffesiynol rheng flaen yn darparu gwasanaeth modern a hyblyg o'r radd flaenaf i rai o'r bobl fwyaf diamddiffyn yn y Sir. Byddwch yn gweithio fel rhan o dîm o Gynorthwywyr Cymorth Tai i fod y pwynt cyswllt cyntaf i bobl sy'n profi digartrefedd neu mewn angen o dŷ. Gallai hyn fod yn bersonol neu dros y ffôn.

Manylion y rheolwr ar gyfer trafodaeth anffurfiol: Lisa Roberts, Arweinydd Tîm Datrysiadau Tai (Lisa.roberts@conwy.gov.uk / 01492 576341)

Gofynion y Gymraeg: Mae’r gallu i gyfarthrebu yn y Gymraeg yn hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd hon. Rydym ni wedi ymrwymo i'r Gymraeg ac yn falch iawn o’n diwylliant Cymreig. Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg fel ei gilydd ac ni fydd ffurflenni cais a dderbynnir yn y naill iaith na’r llall yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol na’i gilydd. Rydym yn frwdfrydig dros eich cefnogi a’ch annog i ddefnyddio’ch Cymraeg, beth bynnag eich lefel; ac mae gennym ni ddosbarthiadau am ddim ar gyfer pob lefel, wyneb yn wyneb ac ar-lein, i’ch cefnogi chi ymhellach.
