Summary
As a Nursing Associate on Inpatients, your responsibilities would include: Providing compassionate, safe and effective care and support to service-users to improve and maintain their mental, physical and behavioural health and wellbeing. Monitoring the condition and contributing to the ongoing assessment of the health needs of service-users on a continual basis in partnership with other professionals, families, and carers. Using knowledge and experience to make evidence-based decisions and solve problems. Communicating effectively with colleagues as an active member of the multidisciplinary team. Providing training and support to healthcare assistants and other staff as required.
