SEN HLTA / Unqualified Teacher - Autism Base (16-19) - Oldham

We are working in partnership with a specialist provision in Oldham to recruit an SEN HLTA / Unqualified Teacher to join an established autism base supporting young people aged 16-19.

This is a rewarding role working with learners who are preparing for adulthood, with a strong focus on employability, independence and life skills. All students are motivated to work and progress into further education, training or employment.

The Role:

Delivering structured learning sessions to small groups of students with Autism (ASC)

Adapting lessons and activities to meet individual EHCP outcomes

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with young people with Autism (ASC)

Be confident leading sessions as an HLTA or Unqualified Teacher

This role would suit an experienced SEN HLTA, Cover Supervisor, or Unqualified Teacher looking to progress their career within specialist SEN education.
