We are seeking Project Managers to act as Site and Engineer Managers for a large-scale Windows 11 deployment project. This role involves the hands-on management of engineering teams and the successful execution of site migrations both across the UK and at international locations.
The RoleYou will be responsible for the onsite management of contractor engineers and the end-to-end migration process at assigned sites. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel and physical presence on-site to oversee deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Team Management: Supervise contractor engineers, providing briefings on site-specific rules, security protocols, and escort requirements.

Site Logistics: Coordinate access to project stock and manage the storage of onsite equipment.

Migration Oversight: Manage daily migration activities for standard users, VIPs, and ANS (Advanced Network Services) users.

Reporting: Populate and submit daily migration completion reports and C-RAP (Change-Release Action Plan) reports to the Authority Site Lead.

Escalation Handling: Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for resolving deployment issues and ensuring workflow management tools are updated accurately.

Experience: Proven background in site management and engineer supervision. Previous experience with large-scale hardware or OS deployments is highly advantageous.

Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel extensively. Work is predominantly onsite.

Clearance: Candidates will need to hold current security clearance (SC).

Communication: Ability to provide clear instructions to technical teams and professional updates to site authorities.
