Summary
2R5 Ltd, a fast-growing Black Sheep Coffee franchise, is known for its specialty Robusta coffee, innovative coffee cocktails, and strong commitment to sustainability. As the company expands, it is seeking an operations Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Main duties include:
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, purchasing, and staffing.
• Lead recruitment, training, and shift planning to build and retain a high-performing team.
• Apply sustainable practices by reducing waste and managing product expiry.
• Support promotions and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate register operations.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through effective negotiation and communication.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in an operational, managerial, or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
