Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Service Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day customer service operations. This role is central to ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently, contractors are coordinated effectively, and internal administration runs smoothly. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage inbound customer enquiries, responding promptly and accurately via phone and email.
Identify customer needs and provide clear guidance on available services and features.
Undertake acceptance checks and property inspections as required.
Produce work schedules and allocate tasks appropriately to sub-contractors.
Monitor progress of assigned works and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Collect, review, and follow up on customer feedback through customer surveys.
Carry out day-to-day office administration to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly organised and up to date.
Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or customer service management role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage customer expectations professionally and effectively.
Experience coordinating with contractors or third parties is desirable.
Competency in office administration and standard IT systems.
