In the Call Centre Advisor role, you will be:

• Responding to customer enquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS

• Booking, amending, and managing customer appointments efficiently

• Making proactive outbound calls to optimise appointment schedules and promote relevant offers

• Accurately updating customer records and interactions within the CRM system

• Delivering a consistently professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience

To be successful in the Call Centre Advisor role you will need:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment

• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in busy or challenging situations

• Strong telephone manner, including handling sensitive or complaint-based calls

• Empathy and patience, particularly when supporting customers with communication difficulties

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong team-player mindset

• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern

This is a temporary position for an initial 12-week period, working full time hours on a 4-week rotating shift pattern, including some evenings and Saturdays. You'll be based in modern, accessible offices in Llandudno, starting on an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour + benefits of weekly pay and holiday accrual.
