Summary


Although this position is a 6 months fixed-term contract, the actual contract duration will be adjusted to account for the time taken to advertise the post, complete the hiring process, and finalise pre-employment checks. This means the contract will begin when the candidate starts the role and may be slightly shorter than 6 months.

Are you looking to join a friendly and supportive dietetics team? Our team comprises of 11.0 WTE Hospital Dietitians and 3.5 WTE community Dietitians.

We are pleased to announce an opportunity has arise in Newham Hospital Barts Health NHS Trust as a Band 5 Dietitian (6-month FTC) to work between inpatient, outpatient and community settings. We are looking for a motivated and an enthusiastic dietitian to join our innovative and highly skilled dietetic team. You will have the opportunity to build on your experience across a number of clinical areas like Diabetes, Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Stroke and Neurology and many morein a large multicultural population of Newham Borough of London.

• You will take an active role in delivering dietetics intervention in an acute and community settings.
• We are committed to work based education and training to improve clinical skills and we actively encourage CPD and audit.
• You will also be working closely with multidisciplinary teams and other AHPs such as Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists.
