As a Digital Change and Implementation Manager, you will collaborate with various Digital Service teams to manage a diverse stakeholder environment. You will ensure that the pace of business implementation aligns with Digital Service delivery requirements linked to Sprint Planning. You will work with both internal and external teams to ensure successful deployment into the business.
You will assist in overseeing the end-to-end business implementation of digital services, ensuring that relevant changes are delivered at a pace that meets the needs and requirements of operational stakeholders. You will champion stakeholder collaboration across organisational boundaries, ensuring that Business Change is delivered to detailed quality requirements while adhering to agile ways of working.
You will manage robust adaptive deployment planning collaboratively across stakeholders, establishing priorities, conflicts, and issues, and helping everyone navigate a complex environment. You will ensure planning effectiveness linked to ongoing Service Sprint Reviews.
You will take responsibility for your own learning and development, continuously improving your knowledge and skills in Change & Implementation best practices. You will coach and mentor other members of the Digital Change & Implementation community.
You will work with the Digital Service Team to develop a clear vision and strategy for deploying the Services Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and associated key/major iterative enhancements to the MVP, supporting ongoing service development.
You will work in partnership with the Service Team and stakeholders to understand and plan for the benefits realisation identified within the Business Case, ensuring they are realised as part of Business Change activities, where appropriate.
You will provide visible and effective management, leading on some of the Business Change deployment activities, working with the Digital Service Team, ensuring adherence to delivering the User Needs and Business Benefits, as detailed within the Business Case.
You will be working within the DWP Place team, which is an internal platform powered by ServiceNow within DWP Digital. Knowledge in the ServiceNow IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and Security models is preferred.
****An understanding in Prosci ADKAR Change Management Framework, a certification is preferred, which will assist in driving change by preparing, equipping and supporting users through the change*****.
