Summary

Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead and drive strong revenue growth through strategic sales leadership and flawless execution. The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, set ambitious yet achievable targets and quotas, and ensure disciplined lead management that consistently converts opportunities into results.
This role requires close collaboration with operations, customs, and logistics teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions and outstanding customer experiences. The Sales Manager will actively monitor sales performance, coach and motivate the team to exceed expectations, and use data-driven insights to optimize results. Regular, accurate reporting to the Directors is essential, providing clear visibility on performance, pipeline health, and growth opportunities.
This position demands a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the sales process.

Key responsibilities
~ Develop, implement and oversee sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
~ Establish realistic but challenging sales targets based on market analysis, historical data and company growth goals.
~ Engage with the rest of the team to align efforts and improve outreach.
~ Analyse data to identify opportunities and challenges.
~ Maintain strong relationships with clients and support colleagues with this.
~ Develop comprehensive plans to expand the customer base and capture new clients.
~ Directly handling and resolving difficult customer complaints.
~ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Relevant experience
~ Previous sales and managerial experience is essential.
~ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
~ Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging diverse clientele.
~ Ability to positively motivate others to achieve targets.
~ Strong leadership skills.
~ Attention to detail.
