Summary

Junior Billing/Income Administrator – Bromley, Kent. Up to 26k

Excelcare are a privately owned care provider based in the heart of Bromley, Kent. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Junior Income Administrator within our Finance Team specifically to support with administration duties relating to the credit control/income function.

Reporting to the Senior Income Administrator and working with a well-established and hard-working team, the role will be based at our Support Office in Bromley and is a full time permanent position. The hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm. We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient admin support including telephone answering, photocopying, filing, completing standard documentation, responding to routine correspondence - emails and letters.
  • Sort and distribute mail to relevant team members
  • Update and maintain manual and computerized records and reports
  • Produce reports, information and data as required
  • Allocating cheques, BACS and credit card receipts to the corresponding customer accounts to show payments received
  • Assist with the administration of bank reconciliations
  • Provide general administrative and organisational support to other team members as required
  • Perform tasks assigned by the senior Income Administrator

About you:

  • Strong administration and data input experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Good level of IT skills including Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
  • An enthusiastic and professional approach to get into the detail of queries and resolve queries.
  • GCSE English and Maths (Grade C OR Grade 4 and above)
  • Excellent time keeping, organisation and communication skills
