Behind every successful school is a team of dedicated professionals who ensure that people feel supported, valued, and able to do their best work.We are seeking an HR Administrator who brings care and professionalism to everything they do. This is a role for someone who understands that excellent HR administration quietly help underpin an outstanding educational environment.Working in HR at an independent school is unlike any other organisation. Our days are shaped by people, purpose, and community and our HR team plays a vital role in making that possible.The successful candidate will enjoy working in a people-focused environment, bring excellent attention to detail, and value being part of a close-knit school community where professionalism and kindness go hand in hand.This post is offered full time, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday all year, with 25 days holiday, 8 bank holidays plus a discretionary 3 days between Christmas and New Year. Flexibility on start and finish times will be needed from time to time, ideal hours being 8-4pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.All candidates are required to apply via the E-Teach online application form (no CVs will be accepted).
