About the role
The Planning and Timetabling Team are looking to appointment a motivated an enthusiastic Resource and Planning Business Partner to join their well-established team.
This is a fast pace and diverse role, in which you will work closely with Heads of Area and their teams, also with other areas to provide a high quality and responsive business support. The team are responsible for data integrity and validation throughout the processes of curriculum planning, timetabling, registers and resource information.
The role will include:
• Data input and integrity checking.
• Compliance and validation checks.
• Ensuring data is updated, accurate, and maintained.
• Creating processes and user guides for internal and external customers.
• Extraction of data and report creating.
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisational and administrative skills.
The successful candidates should also have:
Level 3 Business Administration or relevant work experience.
Flexible and problem solving approach.
Experience of use of excel and other Microsoft products.
