As an Office Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Dealing with PA duties from email & diary management over to arranging travel
• Proactively managing complex calendars & priorities while acting as a gatekeeper
• Overseeing reporting on social value initiatives & team actions to ensure delivery
• Preparing briefings, reports, and follow-ups for key meetings
• Assisting with coordinating/reporting on projects - ensuring smooth handovers
• Looking out for ways that processes can be streamlined within the business
We are looking for an Office Manager with the following skills and experience:
• Ideally 3 - 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and take initiative
• Skilled in calendar/project management and ideally productivity tools
• Discreet, trustworthy, and confident handling sensitive information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In return, the successful Office Manager will receive a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits…
