Description
The Estate Services Coordinator (PO1) plays a critical role in the management and administration of estate services, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks ranging from the organization of estate documentation to the coordination of communication with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, managing various projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. As an Estate Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing estate planning processes, assisting with the preparation of estate-related documents, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. You will also work closely with other team members to facilitate meetings, gather essential information, and maintain detailed records. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as you will often be the first point of contact for family members and other involved parties, requiring a sensitive and professional approach. You will play a vital role in enhancing the overall service provided by the estate management team and contribute to the development of policies and procedures aimed at improving estate services.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the management of estate documentation and maintain accurate records.
Assist in the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate-related documents in compliance with legal requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for families and stakeholders regarding estate services.
Facilitate communication between legal advisors, financial institutions, and family members regarding estate matters.
Organize and schedule meetings and consultations related to estate planning and administration.
Monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines for estate-related processes and filings.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of estate services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in estate management or a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with estate planning laws and regulations is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
