What skills and experience we're looking for
Aspire Academy Trust, a partnership of 37 Cornish primary schools, seeks to appoint a permanent Head of School for Warbstow Primary Academy.
The Trust is looking for a committed professional to lead this dynamic, creative, inclusive and highly effective school community. The Head of School will have an ongoing teaching commitment within the role (FTE will be discussed during interview).
Applications are welcome from candidates with significant senior leadership experience (either as a Head Of School or Senior Leader) and a proven track-record of raising standards. The Trust is seeking the right person to lead the already established vision.
Aspire is committed to the professional development of all its staff and heads of school are provided with a rich programme of professional development. Leaders at all levels enjoy effective support from the Core Services Team.
The interview date will be during the week commencing 12th January 2026

We are a small village school, nestling on the hillside below Warbstow Bury, an ancient fort dating back 5,000 years.
