Summary
Pallet Repair Operator
Location: Livingston
Hours: Full-Time - Monday to Friday working 6am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm on a weekly rotational shift pattern
Salary: £12.50 per hour increasing to £13.30 per hour on completion of training plus regular overtime at enhanced rates

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess pallets for damage and repair requirements
- Carry out repairs using hand tools and machinery in line with company standards
- Working to specific process repair guidelines
- Sort and grade pallets for reuse or recycling
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or repair-based role OR transferable skills from another environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
