Summary
Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Uphall
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Full time hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days per week 08:00 – 16:00
Contact Type: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Operate butter production machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist in the preparation and mixing of ingredients
- Monitor production processes and perform quality checks
- Package and label butter products accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
- Support other production tasks as required
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly in food production, is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
