A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Operations Manager to join a fantastic engineering business in the Newbury area.
With no day ever being the same the Operations Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for operational, financial, safety, and environmental performance
- Lead and develop the management team, including Supervisors, Managers and Maintenance teams
- Oversee site Profit & Loss, cost centres, and operational expenditure.
- Oversee all people management across sites
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an operations manager role.
- Expert knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practice
- Proven track record of change management, process improvement, and delivering results.
