Summary
To provide specialist OH clinical advice in accordance with evidence-based occupational health practice and clinical standards. Manage a clinical caseload, providing advice around medical fitness to work, workplace vaccinations and support the provision of health surveillance programmes To assist, contribute and implement Occupational health departmental policies/SOPs in support of the Senior Occupational Health Advisors and wider management team. Provision of daily professional supervision and support the work of the Occupational Health nurses/technicians in the department. Reporting to and liaising with the Senior Occupational Health Advisors on general progress and around any areas of difficulty or need. To support the Occupational Health Nurses/Technicians in delivering programmes of care for patients within the Occupational Health setting. To participate in relevant training, health education and induction programmes as required
