Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care and support to service users
Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation
Supporting mobility and promoting independence
Monitoring and recording changes in health and wellbeing
Maintaining accurate care notes and documentation
Working collaboratively with nurses, carers, families, and other healthcare professionals
Ensuring dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Previous care experience
A caring, patient and empathetic approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliability and a genuine desire to help others
Right to work in the UK
