This role is for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who loves working with toddlers and wants to make a real impact during these formative years. You’ll be based in the 2–3s room within a warm, home-from-home nursery.

What You’ll Need
Essentials:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for childcare and supporting children’s development
Highly Desirable:
- Experience working specifically with toddlers (2–3 years)
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality care and education within the 2–3s room, supporting key developmental milestones.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s learning and development records.
- Create a calm, safe, and stimulating environment where toddlers can thrive.
