Commercial Roofing & Cladding Technician (Mobile)
Kings Heath/Birmingham based

Vibe Recruit is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Commercial Roofing & Cladding Technician to support reactive and planned maintenance across a commercial property portfolio.

The Role

• Carry out roof gutter cleaning, minor roofing repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)

• Identify defects and report remedial recommendations

• Work to agreed service levels and scheduled works

• Complete job reports, timesheets and mileage logs via mobile systems

• Safely operate MEWPs and work at height

• Maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping and waste disposal

• Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota when required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working at height (harness trained)

• IPAF qualification

• Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures

• Clean UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach

Desirable

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• Knowledge of relevant legislation

This is a mobile role with a company vehicle provided, which must be kept clean and well maintained.
