Summary
Commercial Roofing & Cladding Technician (Mobile)
Kings Heath/Birmingham based
Vibe Recruit is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Commercial Roofing & Cladding Technician to support reactive and planned maintenance across a commercial property portfolio.
The Role
-
Carry out roof gutter cleaning, minor roofing repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)

Identify defects and report remedial recommendations

Work to agreed service levels and scheduled works

Complete job reports, timesheets and mileage logs via mobile systems

Safely operate MEWPs and work at height

Maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping and waste disposal

Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota when required
What We're Looking For
-
Proven experience working at height (harness trained)

IPAF qualification

Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures

Clean UK driving licence

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Desirable

SSSTS or SMSTS
-
Knowledge of relevant legislation
