Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful Maths Teacher will be responsible for:

Delivering engaging and well-structured Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4

Using assessment effectively to track progress and adapt teaching accordingly

Contributing to departmental planning, moderation, and curriculum development

Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom routines

Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with SEND or additional needs
RequirementsTo be considered for this Maths Teacher role, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it

Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics

Ability to teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

Strong classroom management and high expectations of pupil behaviour

A reflective and collaborative approach to teaching

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
