About the role
As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a supported living environment. You’ll work directly with individuals in both long- and short-term supported living services, coordinating care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred support and achieve personal goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs
Supporting with daily living skills, medication, and appointments
Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Acting as a key worker and providing person-centred support
Supporting individuals with daily living, medication, tenancy management, and wellbeing
Facilitating care reviews and maintaining safe, clean environments
Working flexibly across services, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
