Summary


We have a temporary Band 5 Community Nurse position is available within the Haltemprice Community Nursing and Conditions Team. This temporary role is for 30 hours per week, scheduled over 7 days for one year. The position allows for flexible working hours. The selected candidate must possess strong communication skills and be able to adapt to the changing demands of community nursing. IT literacy is also required.


The role requires a car and the ability to travel between various work locations, as well as for attending training and meetings. The Haltemprice Community Nursing Team provides comprehensive community nursing care to clients requiring long-term conditions management, medication administration, complex wound care, or palliative care. Services are delivered in patients’ homes (including residential care) and designated treatment rooms. The team utilises a multidisciplinary approach and collaborates with local providers and other healthcare organisations in Hull and the East Riding.
