Summary
The role of the Healthcare Assistant in the Operating Theatres is vital and full training will be given. Your role will include: Preparation of operating Theatres for surgery. Setting up equipment, instruments, inputting data onto computers. Cleaning and maintaining the theatres and store areas. Assisting the theatre practitioners during theatre lists. Assisting in the anaesthetic room prior to surgery. For a full list of responsibilities, please see the attached job description.
