-RETAIL SECURITY OFFICERS REQUIRED:

Main Duties
-Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver industry leading customer service standards
-Establish and maintain a secure environment free from criminal activity and associated concerns for customers and colleagues
-Effectively address disruptive behavior and establish professional relationships with relevant individuals
-Interact with members of the public in a professional, welcoming manner
-Assist visitors and the public with inquiries courteously and efficiently, demonstrating superior customer service
-Collaborate with law enforcement and crime reduction partnerships to minimize in-store incidents
-Utilise Body Worn CCTV equipment to enhance crime prevention efforts and promote colleague and customer safety
What we are looking for
-Position Summary:
Mitie is currently recruiting experienced Security Professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and asset protection while maintaining a visible security presence that mitigates disruptive behavior, ensuring a safe environment for both colleagues and customers.
Requirements: Valid SIA licence is mandatory.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Security Services, Military, or Law Enforcement
Vetting Process
Candidates must provide a complete 5-year verifiable employment/education history. Incomplete history may result in withdrawal of offer or termination of employment.
