Job Overview
-Site Waste Champion is responsible for the communication and execution of the Imperfect Product sales agenda and associated site waste streams, reporting to the central functional lead.-The candidate will typically be responsible for the organisation and maximum collection opportunities in each product category of imperfect product.-They will collaborate effectively and escalate potential risks to key stakeholders.-Deliver documented reports on waste stream progress on a weekly basis to key stakeholders.-The role will cover multiple waste streams across the site including card, plastic, animal feed, R1 Reduce, R2 Reuse, R3 Recycle. This list is not exhaustive.



Main Duties

-Building strong relationships with both internal and external customers-Ensure maximum return is achieved where possible on the sale of waste-Deliver the weekly and monthly Imperfect Product sales numbers vs forecast-Supporting the UK Waste Specialist and Site Management Teams through reports and analysis that aid decision making where required-Provide details of any scope data relevant to the role i.e., weekly net sales-Maintenance of Imperfect Product Dashboard through tracking volume

What we are looking for
--Effective at building relationships-Working autonomously and as part of a team towards a common goal-Logical mind and eye for detailProficient Excel and PowerPoint skills - including data analysis, advanced formula creation, pivot tables, and generating weekly and monthly reports

-Ideally educated to degree level

--Ability to interact with people at all levels-Organised & detailed individual-Good communicator-Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
