What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering tailored support as an SEN Teaching Assistant to students aged 4-18
• Co-developing and implementing practical, evidence-based strategies
• Supporting students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs in lessons and interventions
• Working closely with specialist teachers and therapists to drive individual progress
• Building trusted relationships to nurture resilience, social skills, and independence
• Monitoring progress, analysing impact, and reporting to the SENCO
