The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a caring, dedicated, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school team from January 2026. In this role, you will work closely with children who have a range of special educational needs, providing tailored support to help them access the curriculum, develop confidence, and make progress.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include delivering targeted interventions, supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assisting the class teacher, helping to implement EHCP targets, and promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
