Summary
Neway International are seeking a PCV Passenger Driver to join our client based with Lewisham Council.
Location: Wearside Road, Ladywell, London, SE13 7EZ
Hours: 35 per week, split shifts (07:00–10:30 and 14:30–18:00)
Start Date: 12/01/2026

The Role
As a PCV Passenger Driver, you will undertake all duties related to driving passenger service vehicles and using ancillary equipment to meet customer specifications. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery, supporting both passengers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and/or act as an attendant on Passenger Services vehicles, transporting passengers, post, or packages.
Take responsibility for the vehicle and the safety of all passengers during rounds.
Conduct vehicle checks before use, ensuring nil defect reporting and compliance with legal condition specifications.
Ensure compliance with roadworthiness standards, drivers’ hours, working time directives, and all relevant legal requirements.
Drive courteously, responsibly, and safely, considering the needs of passengers and goods.
Candidate Requirements
Enhanced DBS check required.
Current Licence with D Category entitlement.
Current Driver Card (Tacho card).
Current CPC Card.
Ability to work split shifts (07:00–10:30 and 14:30–18:00).
May be required to attend on rounds.
