- Engage with members of the public, clients, or sponsors in a professional and supportive way, escalating queries to the Team Leader when needed
- Complete required paperwork accurately, legibly, and on time
- Work in line with all statutory, regulatory, and internal policies, including Health and Safety, ISO9001‑2008, SMS, IT and Security, and Environmental requirements

- An interest in undertaking training such as bikeability and safe driving techniques (full training provided)
- Willingness to learn basic bicycle repairs to manufacturer standards (training provided)
- Awareness of the London Cycle Hire Scheme performance requirements (training provided)

This role requires a Basic DBS check, which will disclose any unspent convictions in line with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to help us identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
